“Do I have to buy a sim card or just the device and a plan card?”

• Hello, the device comes complete with sim card installed. You do neen to purchase the moble data card. The $49 card includes 40 gig od data. Setup and activation is easy, but, will need to be performed on a seperate device like a computer or phone connected to the internet.
