It does not, you have to purchase the data plan separately. Prepaid means you don’t have a monthly bill UNLESS in the payment method you set it as autopay on the data plan of your choice. For example you purchase a 20$ data plan and it’s 20GB for 30days. It’ll either cut off at 20GB of usage or 30days from purchase/activation of plan whether you have left over data or not. And you can choose to purchase another plan or let it be until you’re ready to use it again or need it.
