Does this phone come with minutes on it? null

No minutes with purchase. I purchased to bluetooth connect to watch and Cpap machine. I wifi to download aps. There is something called wifi calling which manual says you can make a call as long as connected to wifi someplace and will drop if you go out of wifi range but I have not tried yet. I would have to buy minutes to activate so mine is not activated. I used it like a small tablet.
