“I have the ss doorbell and it can't work with my existing doorbell. Why?”

• There are two voltages and associated transformers used for doorbells. I do not remember the exact specifications, But there was an advisory in the installation kit that said if it doesn't work, you would need to update to the higher of the two doorbell transformers.
