The Base Station chime is a setting in the SimpliSafe app. First, you'll want to make sure that your Video Doorbell Pro is associated with the same account as your security system. Once that's done, the doorbell chime setting should be available in the System settings. Give our Support team a call at 800-548-9508 and we'll walk you through it!
