Hi! We're not quite sure what you mean. Are you saying that the device that you're viewing on is connected to the mobile hotspot? Or do you mean that it's the Video Doorbell Pro that's connecting through the hotspot? If the latter, unfortunately mobile internet hotspots may have too much lag for rapidly transmitting video. We recommend a stronger WiFi connection, for example through cable or fiber internet.
