- Answer It includes a wireless lavalier microphone. They look like the ones used on tv shows that attache to your shirt or blouse. It is a small wired microphone that attaches to a transmitter. The transmitter has a belt clip to securely fasten to a belt. The device with the small antenna is the transmitter that communicates with the receiver.
