You want make sure the CD is inserted correctly. Check to see if Disc is dirty, wipe Disc with a soft lint free cloth. check for scratches on Disc or if warped. Make sure Disc bears the standard logo which is located on the CD lid of your machine. Check the lens for dirt as well, also wipe gently with a lint free cloth inside lens. check for any moisture forming inside the CD deck.
