This wireless microphone is a Unidirectional Dynamic Microphone which requires a 6.3MM Microphone Jack. Unfortunately, we do not have any information about your Bose S1 Pro and therefore we are not able to confirm if it is compatible with your Bose device. You may want to contact Bose directly and let them know you are looking to use our Wireless Microphone with their Bose device and they should be able to let you now if its compatible or not. We can only inform you that this wireless microphones requires a microphone jack. If your Bose S1 Pro does not include a microphone port, it may not be compatible.
