The Wireless microphone is primarily intended to be used with our Singing Machine products, although many customers use our wireless microphone with their personal electronic devices such as a JBL speaker. To answer your question, it depends on your JBL Party Box compatibility with a Unidirectional Dynamic Microphone. You first have to make sure that your JBL device includes a 6.3mm Microphone Jack. If your JBL device does not have a 6.3mm microphone port, you will not be able to use this microphone. We hope this answers your question.
