If your vehicle has a factory satellite radio antenna, you can buy the parts to adapt it. I adapted the factory SiriusXM antenna on my 09 F350 to my XM radio unit and it works fine. Geek Squd told me it can’t be done but a little research and an online chat with a satellite radio company and I had the pieces ordered and hooked up in about a week.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think so. XM/sirius antenna is entirely different than factory antenna. We installed our xm antenna on the dash inside the car. This adapter simply prevents local FM stations from bleeding over on XM.
