• Indeed. I just had it installed in a 2018 accord that did not have satellite radio. Works like a charm.

• Yes, the FM direct adapter. I was trying to use the FM channel way with my SiriusXM and it was Fuzzy all the time and had to change channels and find a new channel and then I got FM Direct it worked Wonderfully
