No. The SiriusXM home antenna works with a Satellite receiver. The HTR-5960 is XM ready but it does not have an XM tuner built in. If you have an XM tuner that is compatible with AVR that display the "XM Ready" logo, such as the Model #XHD2H1, then this home antenna will work with that XM tuner, but not directly with the HTR-5960 without that XM tuner.
