Please try again later.1) If you can move the the antenna plug to one side while connected and you get the check antenna connection message to go away, then you need a new antenna. 2) If you can place the dock securely on a table so the dock and antenna cable don't move, and then gently move the radio front to back in the dock and the check antenna connection message comes and goes then in this case the connector in the dock or in the radio is failing. There really isn't an easy way to determine which so if test 2 is happening then I would recommend a replacement radio and dock. Neither of these failures happen often but they do happen so contact customer care or send a DM to me at [email protected] and we can arrange a replacement.
