“I just purchased this and it says it comes with 3 months free. How do I activate that?”

• It costs $15 to activate and they will want a CC#. Also, don't try to activate online as they will tell you that it doesn't qualify for the "free promo", and somebody will call you. Nobody will call you.

• Call the phone number for activation that will be on the screen after Best Buy installs it. they will ask for the serial number and will give you 3 months free if you give them a credit card number.
