• Yes. It depends on which stock radio is in the truck. You will need to plug into the auxiliary audio input.

• It plugs into your AUX port, so it something like an I-pod works it should. We find we lose reception with it a lot more than we do with the built in system in our other vehicle, even though the antenna is out in the open on the dash with clear skies.
