A few trim levels of the 2023 Accord may have auxiliary input. But most do not. With Aux input you can use the included 3.5mm stereo plug to connect your Onyx EZR to your Honda Accord. But if you don't have auxiliary input then I would recommend the SiriusXM Roady BT which can connect to your Honda Accord via Bluetooth.
