I have a 2017 Ford Fusion for my Sirius radio, but have no idea what works in a MitSUBISHI.

So if your 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport has an Auxiliary input then just use the included Aux cable that comes with your Onyx EZR. If Aux is not an option then I recommend using the Optional FM Direct Adapter Model #FMDA25 to connect the Onyx EZR's FM modulator to your Outlander's FM radio.
