It should, depending upon the stereo that your truck has. I installed this in my Freightliner Cascadia and used the included audio cable to plug into the auxiliary input on the stereo. If you have an older stereo that doesn't have an auxiliary input, you will need to purchase additional items to get it to play through your stereo, such as either a FM modulator or FM transmitter. The FM modulator is the more expensive but more effective method. All the major truck stop chains (Love's, Pilot, T/A, Petro) sell the FM broadcasters but they are easily overpowered by local stations
