• No. This is a stand alone unit that will not integrate into your vehicle's stereo system so the channel changing buttons on the steering wheel will not work

• Probably not. They do make aftermarket radios that can be controlled with your factory steering wheel controls but, it's usually a radio that is similar to what was in it when the vehicle was bought brand new. If it had AM/FM and that was all, being able to control just a satellite receiver, probably won't work. If your original radio set up had satellite radio, you may be able to find a radio with satellite built into an all in one radio, that could work, but I can't imagine your factory controls working on just a satellite receiver, on its own.
