• Yes as far as equipment, but you would still need to eventually get a Sirius subscription after the trial period is over.

• Yes, the antenna, cabling, and mount are all included. You will need a SiriusXM subscription to listen to your radio. Also, the item comes with a cable to attach to the aux input on your current radio. If you do not have that input, you will need another way to make the unit play to your system.
