Yes. I replaced my two Sportster 5 radios with the Stratus 7 and it fits perfectly in the Sportster 5 docking stations and functions well. Not sure if it fits the old Sportster 4 docking stations which were physically a bit different. The Sportster remotes also work with the Stratus 7 - something that Sirius doesn't seem to want to tell anyone.
