“I have a 2008 F150 with Sirius XM attached. Antenna has gone bad. Will this antenna replace and work with existing factory radio? If so, will I have to replace the portion on the roof as well or could I hide it inside the dash.”

We recommend getting as replacement antenna from your Ford dealer if possible. if not avaiable you can purchase the SirisuXM NGVA3 antenna, but you may need to locate some special antenna cable connectors to make it connect to your factory radio - you can look at TSS Radio or Satellite Radio Superstore for the adapters. As for mounting the antenna, it will need to go on the roof with a clear view of the sky for best reception.
