No. It is made to work with aftermarket radios. If your factory radio works with XM, you will need to buy the components from Ford. The kits that come with a separate tuner for XM will work with the factory radio though.

The SiriusXM - Connect Satellite Radio Vehicle Tuner enables a "SiriusXM Ready" aftermarket head unit. It's not compatible with factory head units. If you a replacing your factory head unit and want to use this tuner, ensure the aftermarket tuner you are buying states it's "SiriusXM Ready".
