Will this work with a clarion m303? null

Yes- the Clarion M303 is SiriusXM-Ready. it will plug into the back of the radio. If this is for a boat, you may also want to look into the Shakespeare Marine antenna (SRA-50) . the antenna included with the SXV300 is designed for a vehicle application, but can be installed into a boat if needed- just consult your installer.
