If it is an aftermarket Pioneer SiriusXM-Ready radio then Yes. if it an OEM/Factory radio made by Pioneer and has a iPod interface via USB, then you could use a kit from VAIS likethe GSR-TY51 or GSR-TY01. Visit Vaistech.com for more info.
