That depends on the type of radio you have in the car. If the radio is Sirius Ready, then yes. If it does not have Sirius ready function, then the tuner cannot connect to your stereo and transmit the satellite radio channels. My stock honda radio in my 2003 Civic was not Sirius ready and I replaced it with a JVC M560BT Stereo which is Sirius ready. The Sirius tuner was then installed with the radio and it works great. PS - also swapped out speakers as the stock honda stuff was pretty old. Hope this helps.
