Is there a way to control the audio/volume level? null

Only in whatever source you’re using for sound. Not on the unit

The Tour can output audio three ways: Over Bluetooth, over FM, or via Aux output. All three of these have an audio level setting that can be changed via the settings menu. However, the audio level adjustment really isn't a "volume" control as it has a limited range intended to allow the user to match Tour's audio level to that of other levels on the vehicle's head unit or home stereo. Such as to match FM audio level to match other FM stations level when switching from Tour FM to other FM stations. If you use this with wireless Bluetooth speakers or earbuds then you will need to adjust the volume using the volume control on your Bluetooth speaker or earbuds.
