Yes the 360 version is internet capable..it would work great for your BMW.

In a normal Satellite only radio like your 2021 BMW, you get only the channels available on the satellite feed (aprox 140ish). With a 360L radio you have assess to an additional 150 or so channels that are only available via streaming. In addition, 360L give you access to all the SiriusXM on-demand content and the ability to create your own personalized Pandora Stations. The SiriusXM Tour radio has the 360L capabilities when you connect it to the internet via WiFi (in your home or using the hotspot in your smartphone).
