I was able to make this work with a bluetooth speaker in our RV.

The SiriusXM Tour radio with the Vehicle kit has 3 ways to deliver audio. The audio can be transmitted over Bluetooth, or via FM (built in PowerConnect or additional FMDA25 adapter), or via the Aux Audio output. Only one can be used at a time. The Tour does not support connecting to multiple Bluetooth devices simultaneously. If you wanted to connect the Tour to a Bluetooth speaker instead of the car radio, it is possible, but be sure that your Bluetooth speaker has controls to adjust the volume. If you'd like to switch your Bluetooth playback device, they can quickly switch audio by selecting different “connected” BT device from Bluetooth setting MENU.
