This is to deliver programming through bluetooth. Without bluetooth, you need to use either the direct wire through a jack or FM. I would not recomend the Tour version however, it takes a full 90 seconds to turn on, that model should be removed from the market, buy a different model that will power up in 1 to two seconds.

The Tour will stream music over Bluetooth to a vehicle that already has Bluetooth, but will not add the feature to one that does not already have Bluetooth.
