• It should have a 40 hour battery. I've had mine for 2 weeks without a charge and its still around 80 percent but I have been using it mostly for gaming in wired mode which doesn't use battery. But 40 hours seems to be right on par, I've probably ran them in wireless mode for 8 hours.

• I am not exactly sure. It depends on how long you use them. We had them for several days possible at least a week before they were charged. I used them for music and movies. They are great.

• This was bought as a Christmas gift so it want used yet, but you know it depends on the volume but I have another similar, different brand and the battery pasts over 8 hours on a "normal" volume. Crank it up to your favorite heavy metal polka and maybe you'll get 3-4 hours?
