• Not sure about a Note 9 but they do Bluetooth seamlessly with an iPhone 14.

• They work pretty well with all of my bluetooth devices. Except for a minor issue only some people seem to face; It disconnects randomly if you're using it for phonecalls. A quick unpair / pair fixes the issue but a minor complaint of mine.
