Are these noise canceling headphones? null

No, they aren't. They are also fairly cheaply made and broke on me after light use and using them as commuting headphones.

In a way yes, once you put them on the pad hug the surrounding ear area you can hardly hear outside noise. But it doesn't have the noise cancellation features but they do sound great.
