Yes, you could use these headphones during exercise, like walking.

I used these on a big commercial job I was doing, climbing up and down ladders, in and out of trenches, they never felt like they were going to fall off. They are comfy much better than ear buds. I bought these because ear buds hurt me and constantly require re-insertion because I am moving all the time. They do cause a lot of sweat around the ears. It was hot while I was using them and had sweat build up on the pads but was bearable for me
