Can these be used for TV, PC and cell phone null

Yes, I've tested it with the following and have found it works with: PC - If plugged in with an auxiliary cable or if your PC is bluetooth capable. TV / Surround Sound - If the TV or surround sound are bluetooth capable. Phone or Tablet - Yes I use it at the gym with no issues. Car - If you have bluetooth but if you're driving it's illegal -- the passanger(s) can use it though. Xbox / Playstation - If plugged into the controller with an auxiliary cable.

They come with an auxiliary cable to plug them in whatever tech has the aux input .
