• Are you sure you have the sound adjusted on your playing device as well as on the earphones? Or are they defective? Mine definitely has a wide range of volumes, and I am hard of hearing in both ears. Base and treble are well adjusted.

• You must own an very cheap device or something. Best to get devices with great DACs.
