• A:Answer I use them for when I’m at work all day and I sweat a lot at work I refinish floors for a living. The ear pads are really durable, removable and washable. I know because I sanded a floor with cat urine and it stunk my headset up and I had to remove the pads to wash the smell out

Q: QuestionI have the headphones volume turned all the way up and it is still hard for me to hear. What can I do?

• A:Answer Depending on what you have them connected to there are 3 options. You either got a faulty headset, the pc or mac volume setting is not turned up so you are not getting the full volume, or your hearing may be worse than you thought. I am going to wager though that it is the first two and not the last one. 1) If they are bad, you will have to return and get a new set. 2) If it is the volume setting on the pc or mac, you will have to change the volume output settings on your device. 3) If it is your ears, I can't suggest anything because I am not a audiologists and you would need to seek professional help/care for that scenario.
