• they do not fall out that easily at all, depending on the size of rubber coverings you need, they come with three different sizes.

• Hello!! I can tell you that I am a avid runner and I haven't had a time where these earbuds fell out of my ears (I have small ears too as a FYI). As the manufacture says too: "Two sizes of silicone gel earbud sleeves for a perfect fit." For small, medium and large eardrums (ears) you should be fine. If I can run super fast without these falling out of my ears you should be good to go. Hope this helps you! Enjoy your day! Brian
