It comes with two size plugs, regular which might not fit and smaller one might fit, but that’s my guess. Can you usually plug headphones into your ear with your hearing device?

A smaller set of ear pieces are included. If you've had success before with this style earphone you shouldn't have an issue.

jane, i would recommend that you try these to make sure they work. perhaps in your best buy store. explain your situation to the best buy person and i would hope they would help you. too many variables to give you a more responsive answer without your trying them. hope this helps. marc
