• If you mean do they reduce some of the noise around you, yes. These are not sound isolating, but if you fit them to your ear properly they act like ear plugs.

• They do pretty well blocking sound. I think because they fit really well with the cushioned earbuds.

• I've noticed that the noice cancellation is pretty good. Probably not the absolute best but definitely better than most.
