• The ear pieces that go in are made of rubber, I have used Skullcandy Ink'd series since highschool and these are worth every penny! If they break or are defective, You write a claim on Skullcandy.com, ship them back and they will credit you for how much you paid for those headphones or earbuds. All of the Skullcandy earbuds and headphones have a lifetime warranty.
