Could be the usb charging cable sometimes I was using whatever usb cable was laying around and mine wasn’t picking up a charge at all and I was like what the heck is the problem finally found a different usb cable to connect to my earbuds case worked good for me . Finally started working sometimes you have to shimmy the connection point on the ear bud to the charger kinda creates a little charge to get it going
