Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! Could it be that the case needs to be charged? If not, it sounds like there's a defect between the buds connection to the charger case. The buds are supposed to automatically turn on and connect once removed from their charger. Once put back, they are supposed to shut down because power is being transfered. If the case is not charged, there is no power transfer, they will not auto-shut down, and they will find the last connection. I hope that helps.
