“It won't work when I make calls. I can't hear audio and the mic won't work... I pressed the phone audio through Bluetooth settings to turn it on but still can't figure it out... If info is needed my phone is an Alcatel A30 Feirce.”

Really to be honest I have no idea why, because mine works there must be something wrong u may want to return them.
