When pairing your headphones via bluetooth. It should come up as Jib+ or what ever product it is that you are trying to pair. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They come up as Jib+. Once you turn them on, go to your phone's settings. Make sure you have your Bluetooth enabled. Select pair new device, and then it will search for the earbuds. I hope this helps.
