I had the same problem but I figured out how to fix it. Just try to press the + and - button at the same time for 2-3 seconds then press the on/off button twice then look at the setting of the Bluetooth connection on your phone it should show immediately. It worked for me. I hope this would help you

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure your phone is updated. After holding down on the left ear button for 5+ seconds, it will begin to pair with devices. Go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone and wait until it shows up! This should help you out.
