How do we reset the earbuds? null

Take them out of the charging case. Then, press and hold ONLY the RIGHT earbud button for three seconds. You'll hear a tone, and the right earbud will flash purple three times, followed by a "Ready to Pair" voice prompt. Both earbuds will then pulse red/blue, indicating they are ready to pair.

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO RESET YOUR EARBUDS TO GET THEM STREAMING CORRECTLY. Remove “Push Play” from your Bluetooth Paired Device list settings, and then turn the Bluetooth OFF.
