“Bought Bluetooth headphones last Thursday and can't get it to charge by the following tuesday . I am so disappointed. Was so confident about it that I threw out receipts warranty etc.”

If you purchases through bestbuy or a credit card, you may be able to get a record of the purchase. I would call the manufacturer and be sure to check the serial number if you can find it anywhere on the product.
