• A:Answer These could possibly connect to your Samsung TV but the TV has to have Bluetooth which is usually a 4K TV. My two TVs downstairs do not have 4K and do not have Bluetooth. But my upstairs 55 inch 4K does have Bluetooth and they do work with that

Q: QuestionPurchased mine May 2019. Very comfortable and sound great! Only problem is when I went to put them on my head the band broke. Now they are not comfortable. Has this been a problem?

When Connecting a new device to your TV, even if it is the same model as before, you will still need to go into the settings on your tv. I would reccomend reaching out to best buy for assistance with the settings on your tv.
